March 2 Welcome Reception:
Please join the judges, the UIBE School of Public Administration community, and your fellow competitors on the evening of Friday, Friday, March 2, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a networking and welcome reception. This will be held in Jirenfu restaurant which locates on the 4th floor, first canteen, on campus UIBE.
Since 10:00 AM March 2, the site arrival registration will be opened for whole day. Each team will be provided a UIBE student volunteer to accompany you for adaptation and answer all your questions.
Since 1:30 AM March 2, our technical team will provide technical service for all participants to test their computer to the internet access and browser fit for the simulation software. Technical team will wait for you all in classroom 211,Ningyuan Building, University of International Business and Economics.Please remember to bring your own laptop for the technical test.
TENTATIVE: Competition Day Details (NASPAA-Batten will provide students/site leaders with final schedule in late Jan):
Competitors should plan on being at University of International Business and Economics(UIBE) School of Public Administration (follow signs and other posting on campus) no later than 8:00 AM for check-in on Saturday, March 2, 2018. A continental breakfast will be available beginning at 8:00 AM. Welcoming remarks, instructions, and the start of the competition will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. Lunch will be provided during the competition.
UIBE School of Public Administration has reserved a discounted courtesy room block (20 two double-bed rooms) in a 3 star hotel (Yinghua Hotel) for check-in on Friday, March 2, 2018 (12:00 PM check-in) and check-out on Sunday, March 3, 2018 (14:00 PM check-out). These rooms are available on a first-come-first serve basis. UIBE School of Public Administration is not responsible for room reservation or payment. Deadline to make reservations to secure the discounted rate is Friday, February 2, 2018. Reservations can be made using the special link below:

While the University of International Business and Economics(UIBE) School of Public Administration has only reserved the courtesy room block discounted rate at the Yinghua Hotel, there are a number of other hotel accommodations around UIBE campus. Huiqiao Hotel, another 3-stars hotel locates at the west entry of UIBE campus.
